Coach Campbell as most refer to him: As a kid growing up in the small rural town of Paris, in West TN, on the banks of the Tennessee River and Kentucky Lake, I was always able to look at a situation and see the best or a better option for almost anything. So I decided Industrial Engineering would be a good field for me. The University of TN provided the formal education opportunity as well as expanding the social horizon of this small town, West TN Boy Scout. Over the years I’ve progressed from working with plant layout, materials handling, and workflow, to coaching sales people and corporate training all across the nation. Along the way a client of mine, suggested that the way in which I worked with people and my ability to get the best out of them, was more like a Coach than a Consultant and they started calling me “Coach”.
That was over 30 years ago, and it seems to have stuck. Now I have the best of all worlds: helping Sellers and Buyers connect to achieve their real estate goals from KY Lake in the West to Center Hill Lake in the East and all around the Metro Nashville area; negotiating the very best deals, saving our clients thousands of dollars on fees; still working with youth as an Assistant Scoutmaster in Troop One; servicing my community as a Rotarian for over 30 years; and sharing life and our home here in Brentwood, with the love of my life, Kathi. Hard to believe how blessed this small town boy has been over the years. Best of all, I’m able to share that experience with my clients to help them WIN in this very competitive Real Estate industry.
